Clever little banner, don't you think?!  Yes, it is likely to drive you to distraction if you spend more than a few minutes catching it sliding into place, but the message is RIGHT ON!

There is a free affiliate level, so no reason not to come take a look and explore around a bit.  If you like what you see then the affiliate pay plan will most likely convince you to be a subscriber as quickly as the system goes live.  Where else are so many valuable elements combined together in one program that is actually fun?!
